Belfair Oaks

This client had a very tight setback but wanted to maximize their usable space. We built a pool with an oversized champagne spa set center with their windows, a water feature wall to create a visual barrier to their neighbor, a sunshelf, composite Trex decking, and a hand-applied oyster tabby stucco on the exterior walls.
