Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this stunning homesite offers sweeping views of the golf course at Colleton River Club. The homeowners envisioned a statement pool that would complement the property’s unique shape while breaking away from the traditional Lowcountry pool design.
Our team created a custom pool that follows the home’s architectural lines and accommodates setback requirements, resulting in a design that feels both expansive and remarkably private. A sleek, modern water feature serves as a focal point, drawing the eye across the pool’s impressive scale while adding layers of tranquil sound throughout the outdoor living space.
Material selection played a key role in achieving the homeowners’ vision. Wanting to maintain a darker, sophisticated palette, we sourced rich charcoal finishes that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, enhancing rather than competing with the picturesque golf course views.
To complete the transformation, our team renovated both the front and rear porches using TimberTech composite decking, creating cohesive indoor-outdoor living spaces designed for durability in the coastal climate. Our design team also curated furnishings that complement the home’s refined aesthetic while standing up to the demands of the Lowcountry environment, resulting in an elegant outdoor retreat that is both timeless and functional.
