This newly constructed home in Colleton River was designed with a truly distinctive floorplan at its heart. The elongated courtyard set the stage for a dramatic layout, naturally drawing the eye toward the rear of the stunning property. Collaborating closely with our design team, the homeowners curated an outdoor haven featuring everything on their wish list—expansive open spaces, striking fire features, and an inviting pool and spa.

Inspired by the home’s blue exterior accents, we selected a mix-pattern tile for the pool and spa, adding visual intrigue and a touch of theatrical flair. Whether lounging poolside or enjoying a splash, guests are sure to be captivated by this custom outdoor retreat.
